Onion chutney ( for dosa/idli )

Ingredients
Small Onion(Shallots) - 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies - 4
Tamarind - 1 tsp
Salt - taste
Gingelly / Cooking Oil - 2 tsp
Directions
1. Peel and cut the small onions into half pieces.Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions till they turn golden brown ( don't burn them ).
2. Then add red chillies and tamarind and fry for another 1 to 2 mints.Remove from fire and let them cool to room temp.
3. Grind to a fine paste by adding enough salt.Serve with dosa/idli
