Onion chutney for Paniyaram of PCG - Recipefy

three to four chopped onions, 2 teaspoons oil, mustard seeds, heeng, roasted peanut powder, tamarind and jaggery, salt to taste

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. prepare a tadka using the oil, mustard sees, heeng.

2. Add the chopped onions to it and sautee until light pink.

3. Add the roasted peanut powder, a liquidy paste of imli and jaggery, salt to taste

4. You can add a little bit of yoghurt into the chutney before serving with the paniyaram
