Ingredients for 2 People
2 pints of vegetable stock
2 tbsp of oliveoil
2 tbsp of flour
2 onions, chopped
1 knob of butter
fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions
1. Fry the onions gently in the olive oil in a pan until soft.
Add the flour and stock.
Mix and gently cook for 30 mins..
Serve piping hot.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a knob of butter.
