Our favorite salmon
Recipe by1 lb salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
1. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Place marinade in a zip lock bag, add salmon. Marinate salmon in fridge for at least 30 minutes, turning once.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake on a foil lined cookie sheet for 20 minutes. I form the foil into a square bowl shape, just slightly bigger than needed for the salmon, then pour all the marinade into the foil for baking. Keeping it contained stops it from burning, and allows for a yummy sauce for over the salmon and rice!
3. Serve with Basmati rice and peas!
