Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Curd-1/4 cup
Onion-2 tblspn chopped
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic-1 clove
Salt
Oil
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. Boil 250 gms palak leaves in little water.Swtich off the
flame before the green colour changes .Then drain the
water and make a puree.Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan.Grate and add ginger and garlic.Add chopped onion and saute till it changes colour.Now add palak puree,and the powders.Mix well.Add curd and mix with out lumps.Instead of curd you can also add 1 small tomato(pureed).The add the paneer pieces and enough salt.Cook for 2-3 mints without.When you cover the pan,the palak tends to lose its green colour.
3. Serve hot with roti/chapathi.
