Paleo chicken salad sandwich with paprika
Recipe by1. Chicken breast halves
2. 1 cup VEGENAISE mayonnaise
3. 1 tablespoon paprika
4. ¼ tablespoon cayenne
5. 2 teaspoons olive oil
Cook Time → 40 min
1. 1. Char-grill chicken breast halves quickly and then bake in 350-degree oven for about 30-40 mins.
2. Chop chicken up into fine or large pieces, according to preference.
3. In a bowl, mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon paprika, ¼ tablespoon (or to taste) cayenne pepper, and 2 teaspoons olive oil.
4. Mix up and save extra for another meal.

3. 6. Serve on GF toast or as a salad.
