Paleo fudge
Recipe by
Ingredients for 24 Pieces
1/4 Cup Coconut oil
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
3/8 Cup Honey
1/2 t Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Melt coconut oil and measure. Add rest of ingredients and stir until smooth. Put in prepared (pan spray) 8" by 8" pan or mini silicon muffin pan. Freeze and either cut into pieces or pop out of muffin pans. Store in freeze and eat right from freezer.
2. Optional add cocoa nibs or chopped peanuts.
