Recipe by
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup carrot slices
1/4 cup butter
2 cups summer squash, sliced
1/2 pound asparagus spears, cut into 1" pieces
3/4 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread, cubed
3/4 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 pound pepperoni, chopped
2 cups bow noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. In a large skillet, stir-fry broccoli and carrots in butter for 3 minutes. Add squash and asparagus; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Reduce heat to medium. Add processed cheese spread, half-and-half, and oregano; stir until processed cheese is melted.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
