Pasta Fagioli Soup of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

1-64oz bottle Clamato Juice
1-28oz can Diced Tomatoes
1-14oz can beef broth
1-14oz can water
3 TBSP Chicken soup base
1 TSP Spicy Mrs.Dash
Fresh Garlic
2lbs lean Ground Beef
1 large onion chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
4 carrots sliced
half a medium cabbage shredded
2-28oz cans brown beans
2 cups pasta shells (cooked 6 min)

1. In a very large stock pot, bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Simmer for half an hour.

2. Saute garlic and ground beef until thoroughly browned. Season with salt and pepper, set aside. Saute more garlic and carrots for 2 minutes, add celery and onions for another 2 minutes. Finally add cabbage, saute till soft.

3. Add vegetables to soup, simmer for another half an hour. Add beans, meat and cooked pasta, continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.
