Peach crisp

Cooking spray
5 cups sliced, peeled peaches (thawed, if frozen)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup regular oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 375*F, and coat an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

2. Toss the peaches and orange juice in a medium bowl, then spoon inot the prepared baking pan.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oats, pecans, oil, and cinnamon. Stir witha fork until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is crisp and the peaches are tender.

4. Calories: 245, Carbs: 33.2g, Fats: 12.5g, Protein: 3.7g
