2 cups water
1 cup sugar
5 level Tablespoons of corn startch
pinch of salt
1 beaten egg
juice of lemon
peice of butter

Directions
1. Boil 2 cups water
Mix together and add the boiling water:
1 cup sugar
5 level Tablespoons corn starch
pinch of salt
Cook til clear
Add:
1 beaten egg
juice of lemon
piece of butter
Let cool
Put sliced peaches in baked pie shell. sweeten a little. Pour cooked filling over peaches. Top with sweetened whip cream
