3 medium-size, firm-ripe pears
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in halves
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tbsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp ground allspice

1. Peel, core and cut pears in 1/2" pieces; toss with lemon juice.

2. Add grapes, honey and mustard; mix well and set aside.

3. Heat oil in frying pan; add chopped onion and cook until wilted.

4. Add raisins, mustard seed and allspice; stir until raisins are plump, about 5 minutes.

5. Mix gently with fruit.
