Ingredients for 2.75 cups
8oz cream cheese
1c chunky peanut butter
1/2c brown sugar substitute (or 1c brown sugar)
1/4c half and half

1. Using an electric mixer, cream cream cheese until smooth
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until evenly distributed
3. Serve with sliced apples, bananas, etc
