Peanut butter fudge

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup milk
1 to 2 tblsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine peanut butter, sugar & syrup
Boil gently stirring constantly until soft ball form or 236º on candy therm
Add the butter and vanilla
Cool mixture until tepid
Beat until creamy
Pour into buttered pan, cool and cut into squares
