Peanut butter snowballs
Recipe by3/4 cup Smooth peanut butter
3 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 cup Icing sugar
1/2 cup Graham Crumbs
1 pkg. (8 squares) Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
1. Mix peanut butter and butter in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add sugar and graham crumbs; mix well.
3. Shape into 24 (1 inch) balls; dip, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning evenly to coat each ball.
4. Place on parchment paper covered backing sheet.
5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
6. (Instructions to dip in chocolate - add balls to bowl of melted chocolate, use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with fork and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing on prepared baking sheet)
