Perfect yorkshire puds

200g plain flour
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
3 eggs
300ml milk
Olive oil

Prep. Time → 45 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Mix seasoning into flour
Beat eggs into flour one at a time and mix well
Add milk slowly and whisk beating out all the lumps
(Ideally) Cover and refrigerate for an hour
Warm oven to 220C/180C fan/gas 7
Using 2 x 12 cupcake trays, pour a teaspoon of oil into each hole
Add tray to the oven to warm up (about 5 minutes)
Take the mixture out of the fridge add enough to each hole in cupcake tray to fill to the top
Cook for 30 minutes
