Pineapple cheese ball

Ingredients for 1 large or 2 small balls
2 8oz cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped yellow onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
3/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained and patted dry)
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
1. Set 1 cup of chopped pecans aside to roll cheese ball in. Combine all other ingredients and refrigerate. After mixture has become firm, mold into desired shape. Roll in 1 cup of chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
