Poached Salmon of Laura McCracken - Recipefy

4 salmon fillets - fresh or thawed
6 lettuce leaves
lemon juice
butter - melted
dill weed

Tartar Sauce
mayonnaise or salad dressing
sweet pickle relish
lemon juice
salt & pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 5-7 min

1. Cover bottom of skillet with 1/2 inch of water and place lettuce leaves in.

2. Arrange salmon fillets on top of lettuce.

3. Drizzle butter and lemon juice on each fillet and sprinkle dill weed lightly.

4. Bring to boil and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

5. Serve hot with side of tartar sauce.
