Poppyseed Chicken of Caitlin Hawley - Recipefy

3 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 pint of sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken
1/4 cup of cooking sherry or cooking wine
35-40 Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
6 TB of Butter

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. Boil the boneless chicken breast until chicken is cooked. Shred the chicken and place in a casserole cooking dish.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

3. In a medium size bowl, Mix in the cream of chicken, sour cream, cooking sherry, and 1/2 tablespoon of poppy seeds. Pour over shredded chicken.

4. In a zip-lock bag, crush Ritz crackers. Add in the rest of the poppy seeds. Pour on top of the sour cream mixture. Add butter on top of Ritz crackers.

5. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
