Pork Chop Supper of Laura McCracken - Recipefy

2 pork chops
1/2 cup rice
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 cup water
1 Tbsp chicken better than boullion
1/2 cup chopped apple
1 Tbsp butter - melted
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sliced apples

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Brown chops in skillet in 2 Tbsp oil. Add rice and onion, saute until rice is golden brown and onion is caramelized.

3. Stir in water, boullion and chopped apple. Heat through.

4. Turn into baking dish placing chops on top.

5. Bake covered for 30 minutes.

6. Remove cover. Arrange apple slices on top of chops and drizzle with butter/brown sugar/cinnamon mix.

7. Bake additional 20_30 min.
