Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
butter for frying

Directions
1. Whisk the two eggs together and put into a bowl
Put the breadcrumbs and sage together in a separate bowl and mix well it should be equal breadcrumbs and sage
Wash the pork steaks, dry with kitchen towel, place into the egg mixture first, then into the breadcrumb mix and then place into a frying pan.
Use butter in the pan when frying, fry until golden brown on each side
Serve hot with salad.
