Meat Balls
1lb ground pork
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1tsp minced ginger
1/3 c chopped green onion
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Broth
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger
1tsp minced garlic
6 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt

Soup ingredients
3 cups noodles
2 cups Napa cabbage or book chop
1/4 c radish sticks
1 1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1. Mix meat and all ingredients....form into meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min on baking sheet
Broth:
In a pot heat sesame oil, add, garlic and ginger, cook for 1 min. Add chicken broth, water, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper flakes and salt, bring to boil for at least 10 min. Strain to remove solids and put back in pan. Bring to boil before serving

2. Assemble soup
Place noodles veggies, meatballs in bowl. Pour over broth squeeze lime over and serve

Yes...this is soo good.. You can use any noodle.....I used a rice noodle. This is very easy....just a lot of chopping
