3 cups chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped green onions
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, dry mustard, paprika, olive oil, vinegar and next 3 ingredients, add to chicken mixture and toss gently. Cover and child 3 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
