Prepare chicken and baby spinach with raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette
Recipe by• 1/2 cup lite balsamic vinaigrette
• 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
• 3/4 teaspoon sugar
For salad
• 8 cups baby spinach
• 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup fresh raspberries
• 1 cup sliced cucumbers
• 1 1/3 cups cooked store-bought chicken breast, cut into strips
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• Freshly ground black pepper

1. • For dressing: First off, mix up vinaigrette, raspberries, and sugar in a mixer. And keep blending it until it gets smoother. Well, this is how you can make it for dressing your food items. This procedure is pretty simple and easy and you can use it to give your food a sweet and elegant touch.
2. • For Salad: Take a large bowl and add all of the ingredients i.e. together spinach, onions, raspberries, cucumbers, and half of the vinaigrette. After that, divide the mixture between 4 chilled plates. Then add chicken strips to the mixing bowl and toss with dressing. And then garnish it with feta, pecans, and black pepper and serve!
