1. Put a saucepot over medium heat, add Raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar and all the Italian dried herbs into the saucepot. Let all the ingredients mix well together and cook this sauce until its thick enough to cover the back side of the spoon. Once it’s done, remove saucepot from the heat.
2. Prepare oven, preheat it to 375 degrees F. take a baking dish, line it with a parchment paper and then add chicken. Season it with salt and pepper according to your taste and then put it in oven and let it bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the center of the chicken breast is turning brown or is no longer pink in color.
3. Once it’s baked up, add this chicken into the saucepot in which we have already cooked raspberry sauce and mix it well gently so that chicken pieces are completely covered with the sauce.
4. Your delicious, juicy finger licking, dipped in raspberry sauce and along with the hint of Balsamic vinegar and all the Italian herbs, your chicken dish is ready to be served at your dining table. You can serve it with steaming vegetables or with brown rice, either of the ways it will taste the best. You can try this dish in place of your regular dinner dishes or you can make it to just surprise your guests. It’s easy and really tasty; you can even use all its leftovers the other day as you breakfast.
