Protein pancakes

Ingredients for 1
35g any protein powder
1 large egg
1tsp peanut butter (no added sugar is best)
Cinnamon powder
Unsweetened almond milk
Directions
1. Mix all of the above together in s bowl to a thick/smooth consistency
Heat up frying pan with coconut oil (not quite smoking hot)
Pour mixture in to the pan for two(ish) pancake-y shapes (probably depends on the size of the pan)
Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes but don't let it burn
Flip it and do the same (being careful not to destroy it when flipping it over)
[think more along the lines of cooking scotch pancakes than crapes]
