Pulled Pork Barbecue of Zachary Moore - Recipefy

Pork Tenderloin

3 Tbsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Celery Salt
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cocoa

Prep. Time → 150 min

Cook Time → 600 min

1. Combine the spices and mustard into a paste.

2. Vigorously rub the spices onto the meat.

3. Wrap the meat in heavy-duty aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

4. Place the wrapped meat in a slow-cooker on Low for at least 10 hours.

5. Remove the meat from the cooker and use forks to pull the meat apart.
