Pumpkin bread

2 cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cup castor sugar
¾ cup butter
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin puree

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 325F/GM 3

2. In a bowl, combine together with a whisk the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cloves, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

3. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar on medium setting with an electric mixer. Add 1 egg at a time and mix in gently. Add in the pumpkin puree and blend lightly, mixture may appear grainy.

4. Slowly incorporate dry mix into wet mix a little bit at a time, using the low setting on an electric mixer. Beat for a few minutes until fully incorporated.

5. Grease 2 loaf pans with butter and flour. Split the mix evenly into the two pans. Bake for 60-80 minutes.
