Pumpkin soup
Recipe by1 piece muscat pumpkin
1 red onion
1 bay leaf
1 cup of single cream
1 piece ginger
Water
Pepper
Salt
Bullion (check for a gluten if you want a gluten free meal)
Curry (check for a gluten if you want a gluten free meal)
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Chop the pumpkin
2. Braise chopped onion in butter
3. Add 0.25 l of water
4. Add bay leaf
5. Cook in pressure cooker (or keep cooking in a normal put) until cooked
6. Remove bay leaf
7. Add bullion and half cream
8. Season with curry, salt and pepper
9. Blend with the mixer
10. Serve
11. Bon appétit.
The soup can be refined well with coconut flakes, chili, curry paste or fried bacon cubes.
