Pumpkin spice bread of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cloves

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In an electric mixer, beat together pumpkin, sugar, water, oil and eggs. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and powder, salt and spices. Gradually add dry mix to wet. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans and line bottom with wax paper. Divide batter into pans and bake 60-70 minutes.

2. (I use 8 mini loaf pans, fill them 2/3 full and bake 40-45 minutes.)
