2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper ( optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 - 16 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce
1 - 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 8.75 ounce can of whole kernel corn, undrained
1 - 4.5 ounce can green chiles, undrained
Flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1- brown beef and onion in large skillet on medium heat, drain. Add spaghetti sauce (keep 1/2 cup of sauce aside),beans, corn and green chiles. Stir in all spices except red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add red pepper to taste.

2. 2- spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom o 9x13x2 inch greased baking dish. Top with tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of beef mix and 1/2 cheese. Layer tortillas, cheese and beef mix.

3. 3- bake at 350 degree oven 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
