Quick & easy creamy pasta
Recipe by1 bag frozen vegetables
200g chicken breast (we used skinless, cut into small pieces)
1 clove garlic, chopped or grated
250ml fresh cream
Salt & Pepper
Dried parsly
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Pasta
Prep. Time → 2 min
Cook Time → 13 min
1. Fill the deep pasta pot with water and bring to boil. Add salt and pasta and cook according to the package instruction.
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil in medium heat. Add garlic and fry for a min. Add chicken breast and fry until brown. Season with salt & pepper and addd partly. Add fresh cream and bring it to boil. Lower the heat and shimmer for a while.
3. 2 min before pasta is cooked, put the frozen vegetables into the pasta pot. Scoop 2 tbsp of the boiling water and transfer them into the sauce. Drain the past and vegetables all at once when they are cooked, then transfer them into the sauce. Stir quickly to mix with the sauce. Taste the pasta and season as necessary.
4. Serve in a dish and garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Here's your pasta!
