Quick pea soup

Ingredients for 4 people
500ml vegetable stock
200g frozen peas
2 cloves of garlic pressed
100ml cream
3tsp chopped tarragon
salt and pepper
Prep. Time → 2 min
Cook Time → 4 min

Directions
1. Add stock, peas, garlic and seasoning to a pan and bring to the boil
2. Add the cream and tarragon and liquidize
3. Bring back to the boil and serve
