Quick Salmon, Coriander & Chilli Fishcakes of Julie Elliott - Recipefy

400g boiled potatoes, mashed (about 3 large potatoes)
400g wild tinned salmon (Skinless & boneless) or 400g grilled salmon
2 limes, zest only
2 heaped tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
1 egg

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Mix everything together in a big bowl

2. Separate into 8 equal mounds then shape into cakes

3. Pat with plain flour on each side

4. Fry both sides in oil for about 1 min or until golden

5. Serve with peas or mini corn cobs
