Quorn chilli sw

- Fry Light
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 2tsp EPC Very Lazy Garlic or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 300gm Quorn mince or Quorn pieces
- 100gm frozen mixed peppers
- 400gm can chilli beans (kidney beans in chilli sauce)
- 400gm can chopped tomatoes
- 198gm can sweetcorn, drained
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- freshly ground black pepper
1. Method
1. Heat a large pan sprayed with Fry Light and gently fry the onions and the garlic for a few minutes until starting to soften.
2. Add the Quorn and mixed peppers and fry for a few minutes more.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
4. Serve on a large bed of plain boiled rice.
