Quorn & noodles sw

- 100g (3½ oz) dried egg noodles
- Fry Light
- 300gm Quorn pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 120g (4oz) mushrooms, sliced
- 2.5ml (½ tsp) chilli powder
- 295g can Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Tomato & Red Pepper Soup (13 Syns)
- 200ml (7 fl. oz ) water
1. Method
1. Cook noodles as pack instructions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and stir-fry the Quorn, onion and mushrooms for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in chilli powder, soup and water and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add noodles and serve with salad.
