Ingredients
- 675gm (1½ lb) potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 8 Quorn sausages
- Fry Light
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1tsp chilli powder (optional)
- 170gm (6oz) reduced fat Cheddar cheese, sliced**
- salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F / Gas 6. Boil the potatoes until tender.

2. Meanwhile, grill or fry the Quorn sausages in Fry Light for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until cooked.

3. Fry the onions in Fry Light until softened. Cut the Quorn sausages into thick slices and place in an oven-proof dish along with the baked beans and chilli powder.

4. Top this mixture with the onions, followed by the cheese.

5. Drain the potatoes, mash and add the seasoning. Spread the potatoes on top of the cheese layer and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
