Ingredients
½ cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works really well)
½ cup mayo
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp fresh, chopped cilantro
½ Tbsp fresh, grated ginger
½ Tbsp fresh, chopped garlic
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 medium shallot, chopped
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
