Red lamb curry (indian style)

Lamb 500 gm (medium size pieces)
Small size onion 4 (cut into 2 halves)
Onion 3 medium size (chopped)
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Curry powder 2 tsp
Few curry leaves
Mustard oil 5 tbsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fruit vinegar 2 tsp
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Marinate lamb with salt, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp vinegar and 2 tbsp oil for overnight
Heat oil in a presser cooker, add curry leaves and onion halves and fry until onions are transparent
Paste onions with vinegar and add into cooker
Stir and fry for few minutes
Add garlic paste, chili powder and curry powder
Add little hot water and stir for 2 to 3 minutes
Add lamb pieces and cook until oil starts to separate
Add tomato puree and 2 cups hot water and mustard paste
Close cooker, bring to full presser in high heat, after 1st whistle reduce heat and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve hot, garnish with curry leaves and green chilies
