red velvet cheesecake brownie recipe

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
1 cup granulated sugar
1 red food coloring
1/4 tsp salt
2 whole eggs
3/4 cup flour
3 Tbsp coca powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

(for the filling:)
8 oz cream cheese: really softened at room temp.
1 egg
3 1/2 Tbsp confectioner sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. In a rectangle baking pan, line with parchment paper, and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside. :)

2. 2. In a mixer, add butter and sugar, and cream together.

3. 3.Add vanilla extract, and eggs and get combined.

4. 4.Add coca powder in mixer, and add salt and red food coloring.

5. 5.Add flour, mix.

6. 6.When well mixed, reserve a quarter cup of the food coloring batter for later, set that aside.

7. 7.Take rest of batter in parchment paper dish. Spread batter evenly. Set aside.

8. 8. In a bowl, add the soft cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix.

9. 9.pour mixture on top of red velvet base: spread evenly. Take the remaining red velvet batter that was on the side, do small Dollops on top of the cream cheese mixture. Take butter knife, and do swirls in the batter to combine.

10. 10.put In oven, 350* for 35 mins, until completely cooled and done :) slice and serve
