1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp coca powder
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 red food coloring

(for the glaze:)
3 oz cream cheese at room temp.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup confectioner sugar
3 Tbsp milk

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

2. 2. Put buttermilk in large measuring cup: put in egg: melted butter: vanilla extract: mix together.

3. 3.add cup in dry ingredients: mix together to combine. Don't OVERMIX:

4. 4.add red food coloring and keep mixing / stirring.

5. 5. If have grill pan, use that: if not, grease your skillet pan: let batter sit for 5 mins, and preheat over medium heat:

6. 6.scoop dollops on pan: let cook and flip: when done let cool:

7. 7.In a bowl, add cream cheese: add vanilla extract: mix. Add sugar: work till mix together: add milk and mix till texture desire. Pour glaze over pancakes.
