Rhubarb crunch

Ingredients for 8 people
1 cup flour
3/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 TBL cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
1. Mix: In a bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and melted butter
2. Suger mix: In a cooking pan mix sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick and clear
3. Take half of your mix and put on the bottom of your 8 x 8 pan (spray pan first)
4. Add rhubarb to top of mix
5. Pour sugar mix over rhubarb
6. Add remaining mix
7. bake at 350 for 1 hour
