Roasted broccoli with parmesan

Bite-sized broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Layer on a foil lined pan. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, shaking the pan to ensure even roasting. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
