Fresh brussel sprouts
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sprouts on a foil lined pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes, shaking the pan about every 15 minutes. They should be nice deep brown when they are done.
