Roasted carrots and onions
Recipe by
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into thirds
1 onion, sliced in half, then crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons KRAFT Garlic Aioli
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
2. Cut carrots lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thirds; place in medium bowl.
3. Cut onion lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices; add to bowl with carrots.
4. Add aioli; mix lightly.
5. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Roast 15 to 20 min. or until onions are tender and carrots are crisp-tender.
