Roasted garlic spread

Ingredients for 6 people
1 head garlic
1 t horseradish
small block (2 oz?) montrachet
1 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 8oz bars cream cheese, softened
drizzle of olive oil
pinch of salt

Directions
1. chop head off of the garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and roast until soft.

Shell and clean pistachios, chop finely. Toast in a pan until you smell the nuts. Don’t burn or brown.

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 until bubbly. Serve with crackers and thin apple slices
