Roasted pineapple sundae recipe

1 large pineapple; peeled, and cut into 8 rings; core removed
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 ice cream (vanilla)
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400*.

2. 2.In a baking dish, pour in the unsalted meleted butter. On top of the meleted butter, place the pineapple rings.

3. 3. Take some brown sugar, and sprinkle all over the top of pineapple.

4. 4.Put in oven fo 30 mins.

5. 5.When done, scoop out and put on plate; take a scoop of ice cream, and put in center of plate.

6. 6.Take a spoon, and scoop out the juices left in the baking pan, and pour on top of Ice cream.

7. 7.Take some crushed graham crackers, and sprinkle all over the top.
