Roasted Sweet Corn (Oven) of Jenn Carter - Recipefy

fresh sweet corn (still in stalk)
Land O'Lakes butter stick
cayenne pepper
salt
pepper

1. Place the corn, untrimmed and in the husks, on center rack of preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

2. To test for doneness, lightly squeeze the outside of the husk. If the corn is softened, it's done.

3. Remove corn from oven. Using a pair of kitchen shears, trim off the silk-filled tip end from each cob. Pull back on the husk and peel it back.

4. Roll corn on butter stick. Sprinkle cayenne pepper and a dash of salt and pepper.
