Salmon mousse

4 oz smoked salmon (packaged is ok, but try to avoid canned)
6 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Add the salmon to a food processor and pulse until smooth

2. Slice the cream cheese into chunks, and add it to the food processor. Add the lemon juice, dill, and black pepper and pulse until smooth.

3. Serve on crackers, toasted bread or bagels. Top with small bits of diced onion and tomato, capers, and garnish with a pinch of dill.
