Santa fe chicken and rice

Ingredients for 4-6 people
2 cups instant rice
1 can black beans
1 yellow pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
Combine rice , beans, peppers in a 9x13 baking dish
Mix soup water and cilantro in a separate bowl
Pour wet mixture over the rice mixture
Lay chicken over rice
Top with salsa
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is done
Top with cheese for the last 10 minutes
